Echelon

Echelon is a podcast app targeted at people who are ambitious and curious about the world. This project is my tribute to the world of podcasts. Listening to podcasts can be fun, relaxing, educating and eye opening. The objective was to create a design that makes listeners feel like they’re using a platform dedicated for those who care about social issues, are change oriented and progressive.

The goal for the logo was to send a clear message - podcasts will help you climb up the social ladder. Hence the visual combination of a microphone and steps. The gradient background helps to capture the charisma of the product.

The alternative look of the interface makes the platform stand out from other popular options. The unique combination of a flat design and vibrant gradients is the ideal representation of the journey of cultural exploration that the users are signing up for downloading the app.
