Jungle

Life can get lonely sometimes, especially living in a big city like London. Taking care of plants can be one way of dealing with that. Being caught up between work and other responsibilities can be very daunting, which may lead to neglecting our green friends. Jungle’s role is to take the worrying about that off our shoulders. In the era of schedule overload, Jungle helps plant owners to keep track of their responsibilities.

For this project I designed a friendly and intuitive user interface. I created an original set of icons and illustrations to keep the interface coherent and attractive to the eye. Green tones indicate a connection to nature and create a soothing atmosphere. Simple infographics complement species description and inform about the best conditions in which the plant will trive.

This project has been my very first UI design. Working on it helped me to better understand design software like Adobe XD and Adobe Illustrator. As well as pushed me to explore current visual trends in product development.
